Colonoscopy, aka, getting a flexible camera stuffed up your butt, is something I’ve never experienced myself, but I’ve seen it done a couple of times and I think I’m safe in saying that it’s not exactly a rocking time. Professor Julian Vincent has been studying worms in order to, in his own words:
“Ultimately our idea is to turn the current ordeal of the colonic endoscopy procedure into something akin to a pleasurable experience!”
And wait until you see the worm they’re studying. I can see it now: “You think you’re going to put thatwhere?” Though, I suppose, the the right sort of person (ahem, Grandpa Ken) it might conceivably look like something that does go there.
